Conditions for returning to the building
1. Booking to attend
a. Limited capacity – In order to adhere to social distancing guidelines a maximum of 30 people are allowed to attend the service including those participating and facilitating the service.
b. Weekly deadline – If you/ your family are planning to attend the service you will need to register online or phone by Wednesday each week. (More details to follow)
2. Entering the building
a. Access – entering and existing will be via the regular entrance but directed by the stewards
b. Timing – attendees will need to arrive in sufficient time to allow for socially distanced entry, registration and a prompt 11am start.
c. Masks and Hand sanitiser – Masks or face coverings must be worn in the building and hand sanitisers will be located at the entrance and other locations in the building
d. Temperature – the building will be ventilated so may feel cooler
3. Our service
a. Seating arrangements – seating will be arranged as single seats, in groups of two and three to allow for social distancing
b. Length of service – will be shorter than before lockdown
c. Congregational singing - will not be possible
d. Worship leaders – will be positioned with social distancing in mind and Perspex shields will be in place if required
4. Children and families – children attending the service will be required to stay with parent/ carer for the duration of the service and whilst in the building
5. Toilets - use will be limited and children under 11 should be accompanied by parent/ carer
6. Fellowship - will not possible before or after the service
7. Refreshments - will not be served
